Shipping and Returns

We ship products via USPS. We will also ship via UPS or FedEx if otherwise prearranged. We’re sorry, but we are only accepting orders from customers in the U.S.A. at this time. Due to worldwide shipping delays and material shortages, our production is limited.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Thursday (we do not ship orders on weekends). We’ll send you a confirmation via email when we ship your order.

We charge a flat rate for shipping in the Continental U.S. of $4.95 and handling for standard ground.

We have a lenient Refund Policy at TwistyWiz.

We take pride in our products and want to be aware of any defects in quality. You may return any product we sell for any reason, and there is never a restocking charge. However, all returns must be preapproved and assigned an RMA# by TwistyWiz. Please include the RMA# with your return. Return shipping must be paid by the customer unless otherwise arranged.
